Freshly painted boards neatly stacked safely drying

How It Works

PaintBlox Pro™ stacks your finished material up, not out. Built for professional building and paint contractors, millwork shops, and DIY enthusiasts, it frees up floor space, protects every coat, and keeps jobs moving. See how fast it sets up below.

Step 1: Place Your PaintBlox

Position your PaintBlox to fit your material. Each drying layer needs at least two cross-supports underneath, called bunks. For material 12 feet and under, that's typically two bunks per layer; over 12 feet, three. Block placement is variable and depends on the material you're working with. The configurations are virtually infinite.

Step 2: Add strapping/furring strips.

Place 1×3 or 1×2 strapping or furring strips into the notches of your PaintBlox. These are your stickers, they span between the PaintBlox to support your material. Both are standard lumberyard items, customer-supplied.

Step 3: Dry Like a Pro 😎

Load it up and let the magic happen, center first, then overhangs. Stack another set of PaintBlox on top of the first layer and repeat, building up to 16 layers per stack. PaintBlox Pro™ keeps your work neat, protected, and curing like a champ. No tangled messes, no wasted space, just dry, done, and on to the next.
