Our Refund Policy

Put it to work on the job. If it's not right, tell us within 30 days of delivery — we'll email you a prepaid return label and refund your purchase minus a flat $15 return fee. That's the most that changing your mind can ever cost.

What's Eligible
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Your item needs to come back in the condition you received it — unused or lightly used, complete with all parts, accessories, and printed materials, in its original packaging. Include your receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase so we can match the return to your order.

How to Start a Return
Email support@paintblox.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with a prepaid shipping label and step-by-step instructions on how to pack and send your package. Print the label, tape it to the outside of the box, and drop it with the listed carrier. Please request the return before shipping anything back — packages that arrive without an approved return can't be accepted or refunded.

The $15 Return Fee
One flat $15 fee covers your prepaid return label, no matter what the item is or where you're shipping from. It's deducted from your refund, so there's nothing to pay up front and nothing to arrange yourself. $15 is the most a change of mind can ever cost you.

Arrives Damaged or Wrong?
That's on us, and the $15 fee doesn't apply. Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us right away at support@paintblox.com — photos of the item and packaging help us move fast. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, shipping included, whichever you prefer.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and place a new order for the replacement. That way your new item ships immediately instead of waiting on the return to arrive and be processed. If you'd rather we handle it as a straight exchange, email us and we'll work it out with you.

Your Refund
Once your return reaches us, we'll inspect it and email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, for the purchase amount minus the $15 return fee. Your bank or credit card company may need a few additional days to post the credit to your account, so check your statement before reaching out. If you haven't seen your refund after that window, email us and we'll track it down.
